It's Spring Again..

The sun is shining, the birds are singing and not one bloody thing in my closet fits me. So here we go again. The only thing that keeps me on track is blogging and tracking on WW or myfitnesspal so that is what I'm going to do. That is what I think will help me on this path... nothing else seems to be doing it.

I did not weigh myself in this morning and honestly, it's been awhile so I'm not exactly sure what my weight is right now and I'm a bit scared to find out but I will do it and report back tomorrow. Hopefully by writing down the number and having it stare back at me in the face is enough to spark me to do something about it...

Hopefully.

3) walk somewhere for a bit of time

2014 ~ a new beginning or the same old same old ?

It's been a few years since I first created this blog with the intention that I could track my progress of weight loss, throw in a few quirky stories of my children and husband and just live life as happily as I could.. doesn't seem to have panned out the way that I planned. Diets have started over and over and over again and failed each and every time.

What's going to be different about this year? Absolutely nothing... well at least the trying and starting over part. I need to keep trying. I can't give up. I'm getting older and what appears to be fatter in the process. I need to get healthy, stronger and be a more positive person.

I'm not calling it a resolution cause New Year's resolutions fail. I'm just calling it a new beginning... same as before but hopefully with more umph this time...

I've started myfitnesspal again. So far I have done well the last few days. Not so much for what I have ate but for the tracking. I need to be aware of what I am eating and how much and how often.

So here we go.....AGAIN.
