W30 Day 1

Day 1 of W30 and feeling good...

Yesterday's eats.
B- 2 eggs, spinach, ham
S - trail mix
L - chopped salad, almonds, chicken, asian dressing (not W30)
S - larabar
D - left over chicken, potatoes and veggies

Got in a decent amount of water.
8869 fitbit steps

Bed early - tired.
